Wellness Training

We’re bringing mental well-being training and events to rural communities

throughout the Prairies and beyond - delivered in person,in your community or workplace.

Let’s connect and build resilience together!

Who We Are

Prairie Willow Wellness Training is dedicated to supporting mental well-being in workplaces and communities across Manitoba and beyond. We offer practical, engaging, and evidence-based training that empowers people to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health challenges with confidence.

Our certified facilitator is a mental health champion, she creates inclusive, trauma-informed learning environments where participants feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. From Mental Health First Aid* to The Working Mind*, Employee Wellness Days, and creative wellness sessions like Crafternoons, our goal is to make mental wellness accessible, approachable, and actionable.

We bring training and events directly to your organization—strengthening teams, building resilience, and fostering healthier, more supportive workplaces and communities.

*Mental Health First Aid and The Working Mind are products of Opening Minds - a social enterprise of The Metnal Health Commission of Canada
