Upcoming Training & Events

We are thrilled to share our founder, Tracey will be participating in the Run for Women in Winnipeg June 6th 2026 in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association Manitoba. CMHA works to build communities in which everyone has what they need to live meaningful lives and can thrive. At the heart of this is building human connections that make it possible for people

to achieve their greatest potential. Their vision is a Manitoba where

mental health is honoured as a universal human right.

Your donations to Tracey's campaign for the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women Winnipeg will assist the CMHAs across Manitoba to enhance programs and services to reach more Indigenous women, girls and families on their mental wellness journey. Donations will be directed to our BounceBack and Living Life to the Full Programs that support women and girls experiencing anxiety, depression, and postpartum mental health distress.

To make a donation please visit the event page or scan the QR code
