Tracey was born on the Prairies. Growing up in a military family she had the privilege of living in many different communities across Canada and beyond. As a young adult she was drawn back to the Prairies. Settling her young family in Winnipeg she completed her Bachelor of Human Ecology at the University of Manitoba. Over the years she tried her hand at many roles including; licensed home daycare provider, car salesperson, Financial Counsellor and Employment Counsellor. During her counselling years Tracey gained first hand knowledge of the challenges people face and how those challenges can be compounded with the reality of limited resources. From that experience Prairie Willow Wellness Training was born! Tracey takes a holistic approach to facilitation to create a safe space for all learners to grow and cultivate their strengths.
