Great to meet you - I'm Tracey
I'm passionate about helping people build the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support mental well-being in their workplaces and communities. With several years of experience in social services and as a Mental Health Champion, I've had the privilege of working alongside individuals from all walks of life, always believing that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
I take a practical, people-first approach to mental health, recognizing that well-being is about the whole person - mind, body, and environment. As a facilitator, I strive to create engaging, welcoming learning experiences where participants feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from one another.
I believe the best training is interactive. Every workshop is a conversation, and the experiences participants bring are just as valuable as the content itself. Those shared perspectives make each session unique and remind us that we all have something to learn - and something valuable to contribute.
One of my greatest passions is bringing mental health and wellness training to rural communities across the Prairies and beyond. Whether I'm facilitating in person or virtually, my goal is to make evidence-based mental health education practical, accessible, and relevant so that individuals and organizations are better equipped to support themselves and those around them.
Together, we can build stronger, healthier, and more resilient workplaces and communities.
