Hi, I’m Tracey.  I have a deep passion for mental well-being and a commitment to creating safe, inclusive spaces for all.

Growing up in a military family, I learned early on the importance of resilience, empathy, and community support — values that continue to shape both my personal and professional journey. I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that true wellness involves the whole person: mind, body, and environment.

As a skilled facilitator, I bring warmth, clarity, and compassion to every session I lead. I believe in the power of open dialogue, shared learning, and human connection. I'm also a lifelong learner — every session I facilitate teaches me something new. The stories, insights, and experiences participants bring enrich the work and remind me that we all have something valuable to contribute.

One of my greatest passions is bringing in-person mental well-being training and events to rural communities across the Prairies and beyond, where access to support can be limited but the need is just as strong. My goal is to make mental health education accessible, practical, and empowering for everyone.

Mental health matters. You are not alone. And together, we can build a culture where mental wellness is a shared responsibility.
