Hi, I’m Tracey

I’m deeply passionate about mental well-being and committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.

Growing up in a military family, I learned early on the value of resilience, empathy, and community — lessons that continue to guide both my life and work. I take a holistic approach to mental health, understanding that true wellness involves the whole person: mind, body, and environment.

As a facilitator, I bring warmth, clarity, and compassion to every session. I believe in the power of open dialogue, shared learning, and human connection. Every session I lead is a two-way exchange — the insights and stories participants bring are just as valuable as the material itself. This continuous learning reminds me that we all have something important to contribute.

One of my greatest passions is delivering in-person mental well-being training and events in rural communities across the Prairies and beyond. In areas where access to mental health resources can be limited, I aim to make education accessible, practical, and empowering.

Mental health matters. You are not alone. And together, we can build a culture where mental wellness is a shared responsibility.
